WHO ARE WE?

Fair & Reasonable Acquisition Solutions (FRAS) is a certified Veteran Owned Small Business. We were established in January 2019. However, as a subcontractor we have been providing acquisition training and consultant services to federal and industry since January 2013.

FRAS is a Defenses Acquisition University equivalent course provider. Further, FRAS is a Commercial Training Provider who offers training in support of one or more of the three Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) programs. We pride ourselves in using prior Defense Acquisition and private University professors to teach acquisition courses and provide acquisition consulting services in support of all acquisition processes. Many of our professors contributed to developing courses for the past and current Department of Defense acquisition training curriculum.
